Goldfish scooping, also known as Kingyo-Sukui, is a traditional Japanese game during summer festivals. You can catch as many goldfish as you like with a paper scoop. However, if the paper is torn, it's game over. Whenever I see this earrings. I remember catching it and taking it home as a kid.
